Store a little cold but friendly staff.
I had lost a credit of €48 having found it and needed to buy equipment I asked to see a manager because my credit had expired by two months. The reception simply told me that it was no longer valid….
That’s €48 in their pocket….
This brand is very commercial.
A practical DIY store, for small DIY, very reasonable prices however for electrical machines, such as drills, vacuum cleaners, the prices are higher. You just have to know and compare. Special mention for the saleswomen, very efficient. The cashiers were friendly and efficient (early in the morning, no one at the checkout), she came to help me in my search and even asked the salesperson in the department.
